These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Countapp mobile application (“App”) provided by Honmon, Inc. (“Company”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides counter functionality on your device. No login, server connection, or personal data collection is required. A paid subscription through Apple’s App Store grants access to premium features, including dual counters, customizable backgrounds and music, history logs, and email reports.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account as auto-renewable plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual). Payment information is managed solely by Apple; the Company never stores or accesses it. You may manage or cancel your subscription through Apple’s account settings. Any free trial is covered by these Terms.
All characters, artwork, sounds, music, backgrounds, and other content within the App are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on such content without express written permission.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for damages arising from use of the App. The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
The Company may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted online and will apply immediately upon posting.
